Problem Statement : CureFoods has recently launched in Dubai. They're looking to improve their revenue from Food orders.
We approached this problem in three steps:

Step 1: Revenue Breakdown (Growth equation)
At the highest level, Revenue is a function of Order Volume and Average Order Value (AOV). Expanding further, this equation shows that revenue can be increased by:
  1. Acquiring more customers (User Growth)
  1. Increasing repeat purchases (Order Frequency)
  1. Increasing ticket size per order (AOV)
Step 2: Revenue Drivers and Levers
in this step, we will use a KPI Tree to identify actionable growth levers.
Step 3: Prioritization of Growth Levers
Now, I would prioritize initiatives based on Impact vs. Effort to focus on high-ROI strategies
